Wacken Grandpa Günni sets up donation box “Wacki” in Itzehoe
Günter Jacobs has already collected several tens of thousands of euros for the fight against cancer. He has now built a donation box from old fire extinguishers.
For years now, it has been important to Günter Jacobs to speak out loudly against cancer and to support those affected. Thanks to his tireless commitment, the 73-year-old has collected more than 55,000 euros in recent years.
The wheelchair-bound Dägelinger not only draws attention to the now non-profit association “Loudly Against Cancer” with actions at festivals. “Wacken Opa Günni”, as he is known to many, is now also collecting money with the donation box “Wacki”.
