Solo show Carolin Beyer
Carolin Beyer is one of Hamburg’s best-known portraitists, but she paints so much more!
Whether landscapes, cityscapes or special moments in everyday life – she walks through the world with the open eyes of an artist and shows what catches her eye.
Carolin Beyer (born in 1962) studied at what is now the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg.
Study trips have taken her to France, Italy and Spain.
She has been working in her studio in Hamburg for over 30 years.
She is a member of the BBK Hamburg and the Gedok and has been teaching fine art since 1997.
For the first time, Galerie 11 is presenting this remarkable painter in a solo exhibition.
At the same time, the artist Anne-Gret Winkler (1944-2018) will be honored in a small exhibition on the occasion of her 80th birthday.
An art auction with individual works of art will take place on Saturday, October 26, at 2 pm.
Over the course of two days, Carolin Beyer will take a look at her favorite subject, portraiture:
September 28 A portrait, James Lord on Giacometti – reading with Sebastian Dunkelberg.
