The “new” Itzehoer voucher

Give and store to your heart's content

The Itzehoer voucher is a matter close to our hearts. And we want to make it as easy to use as possible for customers and the retailers involved. That’s why we introduced an improved version for you on March 1.

What’s new with the Itzehoer voucher?

We have summarized some questions and answers about the changes for you here.

  • What will change in general? First of all, it will be easier for you. You will no longer have your credit on paper bills, but on a card with a QR code.
  • Are the “old” paper vouchers still valid? Naturally. These can still be redeemed with the printed value at the specified points of acceptance.
  • How do I redeem the voucher? You show the voucher in the participating stores and the required amount is debited via the app. That’s it.
  • What’s new? A few things:
    • You can now also redeem “crooked” amounts.
    • The voucher card can be recharged at any time.
    • You can check your own balance at any time via the app.
    • We can make regular top-ups for you. For example, as a tax-free benefit in kind for employees.
  • Are the popular themed packaging cards still available with the voucher? But of course. New motifs will also be added on special occasions.
  • Can I have small residual amounts paid out on the card? Unfortunately this is not possible. But if you wish, you can hand in the card to us and the remaining amount will then be donated to a charitable cause.
