The traditional and popular activities for the cold season will once again take place in the city center area Kirchenstraße and Breite Straße under the motto “Itzehoer Wintervergnügen” from 01.11. to 24.11.2024. Whether mulled wine, punch, bratwurst or other delicacies, there is something for almost every taste.
From 25.11. to 31.12.2024, the Christmas market will then start at the same location with Advent activities and gastronomy that will provide the right Christmas feeling. Warming drinks and delicious specialties will also be provided here.

The “Itzehoer Wintervergnügen” and the “Christmas Market” are open Monday to Saturday during core hours from 10.00 to 20.00, Sunday from 13.00 to 20.00 (until 22.00 if required), and on 24.12. from 13.00 to 20.00. and 31.12. from 10.00 to 14.00.
The “Steinburger Abendmarkt” will be holding another rendezvous in the pre-Christmas period on Thursday, December 12, from 4.30 pm with its “Christmas Edition”. Let’s sing, feast, celebrate and get in the mood for Christmas together. There are culinary stalls, arts and crafts, music and much more…
The Itzehoer Punschwald is also opening its doors again! You can find it daily from 01.11. to 30.12., always from 5.17 p.m. on Berliner Platz in the city center. In Unterholz you will find hot punch – different great varieties & specialties and small snacks in a cozy atmosphere. Reservations are possible. More information at www.punschwald.de/itzehoe.
