St. Jürgen dates back to the 13th century and was originally founded as a hospital church. After the chapel burned down in 1657 during the war between Sweden and Denmark, the baroque new building was erected in 1661.

Next to the cozy late Baroque church interior with its painted wooden barrel vault, you can marvel at an ancient granite baptismal font.
