The Wenzel Hablik Museum houses the estate of the German-Bohemian artist Wenzel Hablik (1881-1934) and his wife, the master weaver Elisabeth Lindemann (1879-1960). The painter, graphic artist, craftsman, interior designer and visionary Hablik is today considered one of the most important representatives of Expressionist architecture and is one of the most important artistic personalities in Schleswig-Holstein.
Large oil paintings of starry skies, portraits, landscapes and seascapes, drawings and watercolors of utopian space settlements, impressive furniture and textiles and much more can be admired in the museum.
