Saturday, 25.05. Wine festival – 16.00 to 23.00
We would like to celebrate the traditional wine festival together with our zip code in 2024 (25.5.24). Thousands of people flock to Itzehoe on this day to enjoy the wine on offer and various delicacies in the city center while listening to live music on several stages.
Wednesday, 29.05. Large flea market – 08.00 to 18.00
On a route of around five kilometers through downtown Itzeho, flea market fans can stroll extensively and search for that special deal at well over 500 stalls. This flea market doesn’t need any extras – it’s the highlight of the West Coast either way – with lots of private and rummage stands. An absolute must for every bargain hunter.
Saturday, 01.06. Sturgeon run – from 13.00 hrs
The Itzehoer Störlauf is one of the largest running events in Schleswig-Holstein and will be integrated into the Itzehoer Woche for the first time. Thousands of runners and walkers of all ages start in the immediate vicinity of Cirencester Park at the Great Paaschburg and run along the Stör on various routes. The finish line is in Cirencester Park. The Störlauf is organized by the Itzehoe Sports Club, more information can be found at www.stoerlauf.de.
Sunday, 02.06. Children’s Day – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The largest children’s day in the region attracts young and old to the district capital every year to experience games, fun and excitement at many stations on the Malzmüller meadows. There is also a colorful and varied program on the Children’s Day stage. Look forward to lots of exciting surprises!
Thursday, 06.06. Steinburg evening market – from 16.30 hrs
A very special market mile stretches along the entire Kirchenstraße and parts of the Breite Straße. Under the motto “La dolce vita!”, the Steinburg evening market presents itself from its best side with a variety of culinary delicacies. Top restaurateurs from the region provide a variety of culinary delights and local musicians add to the unique flair of the evening market.
