Market life, music and culinary delights – unique flair at the foot of St. Laurentii A very special market mile stretches along the entire Kirchenstraße and parts of Breite Straße. The Steinburg evening market presents itself from its best side with a variety of culinary delicacies under different themes. Top restaurateurs from the region provide a variety of culinary delights and musicians from the surrounding area ensure the unique flair of the evening market, always from 4.30 pm, at the foot of St. Laurentii, Itzehoe. You can already book a table for six at the evening market of your choice here. Please note that our Tourist Information Office will be closed on the evening market days. We ask for your understanding.

October 10: Wild, wilder, wine! The Steinburg Game Weeks begin with regional game specialties and red wines. Finally, “Zum Dückerstieg”, “Brüdigams Wildwechsel” and “Anno 1617” will once again provide culinary delights, and “Jason & Johny” and many other artists will provide entertaining music on stage. You can also enjoy wines from Weinhorizonte and Stadtmanagement Itzehoe. December 12th: Christmas edition. It’s getting festive at the really last evening market of the year. After a short break in November, the Steinburg Evening Market returns in December with the Christmas edition and creates a cozy Christmas atmosphere at the foot of St. Laurentii.
